hlbaee Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations

By accessing any part of the hlbaee platform — including browsing the website without registering, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the hlbaee platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and hlbaee governing your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, understandings, or agreements — whether oral or written — between you and hlbaee regarding the subject matter herein. No verbal assurance by any hlbaee representative modifies these Terms unless confirmed in writing and published as an official amendment to this document.

hlbaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, hlbaee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the hlbaee platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. hlbaee does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register an Account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money game or wager on the platform under any circumstances whatsoever.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other non-human legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the hlbaee platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of hlbaee, or an immediate family member of any such person, in respect of real-money gameplay.
6. You must not be self-excluded from the hlbaee platform or subject to any active account suspension or closure imposed by hlbaee.

hlbaee employs age verification procedures at registration and as part of the KYC process. Where hlbaee has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the age of 18, or has provided false information regarding their age or identity, hlbaee will immediately suspend the relevant Account pending investigation, freeze any associated funds, and take such further action as it considers appropriate, including permanent Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and the daily bonus system on hlbaee, you must complete the account registration process and have your account approved. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, your country of residence, and a valid mobile phone number. All information must be accurate and must match the identity documents you will be required to provide during KYC verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account credentials. hlbaee will treat any transaction or activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified hlbaee that your Account credentials have been compromised. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

If any information you provided at registration changes — including your email address, phone number, or place of residence — you are obliged to update your Account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing and may be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

hlbaee accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and hlbaee reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment method options without advance notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via mobile money services including bKash and Nagad.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance as promptly as technically possible following receipt of cleared funds. For standard mobile money deposits via bKash and Nagad, this typically occurs within seconds. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the policies of your bank and may take longer. hlbaee does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which hlbaee accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification to the satisfaction of hlbaee's compliance team. Standard withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard business hours, though processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional review is required. hlbaee reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal where fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering procedures require it.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name. hlbaee will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits that vary by payment method and account verification status; current limits are displayed in your Account dashboard.

hlbaee operates a daily bonus system that rewards registered Users with a promotional benefit on each calendar day they successfully log in to their Account. The nature, value, and form of the daily bonus — which may include deposit match credits, free spin awards, cashback on losses, or live casino reload bonuses — is determined by the current promotional calendar and is subject to change without advance notice. hlbaee makes no guarantee that the daily bonus system will remain available indefinitely and reserves the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.

All Bonus Funds awarded to a User's Account — whether as a daily bonus, welcome bonus, referral bonus, seasonal promotion, or any other promotional incentive — are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation. In the absence of a specific statement, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

Users may only participate in any given promotion once unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise. hlbaee reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, or void any winnings derived from bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other Users, or any other practice that hlbaee considers to constitute bonus abuse. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at hlbaee's sole discretion.

Bonus funds and free spin awards have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements, or carried over beyond the expiry period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds that expire before their wagering requirements are met will be removed from the Account balance without compensation.

By registering and using an hlbaee Account, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the platform. You acknowledge that responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific location rests entirely with you, and that hlbaee does not provide legal advice.

• Opening, operating, or using more than one hlbaee Account, whether in your own name or under a false or assumed identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any point during your use of the platform, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or place of residence.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under the criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, game malfunction, or technical fault in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or results in outcomes that would not occur under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated in connection with such exploitation are void and will be removed from your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other technological tool to interact with the hlbaee platform in a manner not permitted for human users, including automated betting strategies, account registration, or bonus claiming.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users, including coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the hlbaee platform in connection with any financial crime, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions in bad faith after using funds for real-money wagering.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using any VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing conduct toward hlbaee staff, customer support representatives, or other Users of the platform through any communication channel.

Voluntary Closure by User: You may request the closure of your hlbaee Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification where not already completed. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Suspension or Closure by hlbaee: hlbaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; provision of false or misleading information at any point; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or any other circumstance in which hlbaee considers closure to be necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Users.

Self-Exclusion Closure: Users who wish to exclude themselves from the hlbaee platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 12 months by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended from real-money activity. Requests to reduce or lift a self-exclusion period ahead of its scheduled end date are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off review before any reactivation can occur.

Inactive Account Fees: If your Account has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months and carries a positive real-money balance, hlbaee may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the User logging in. You will be notified by email to the address on your Account before any inactivity fee is first applied.

The hlbaee platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While hlbaee makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to the platform, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, data loss, or other service failures. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, and connectivity issues may affect platform availability from time to time. hlbaee will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hlbaee's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User to their hlbaee Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hlbaee shall not in any circumstances be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.

hlbaee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions; the use of your Account credentials by any unauthorised third party prior to you reporting the security breach; any game outcome that is the result of fair and independently verified random number generation; network interruptions or connectivity failures on the part of your internet service provider or mobile network operator; or any force majeure event beyond hlbaee's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the hlbaee platform. In the event of any dispute between you and hlbaee, you are encouraged to contact the support team at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. hlbaee is committed to resolving User complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
